Convincing the Naysayers” discusses the importance of incorporation of graphic novels in which the story is conveyed to the reader using sequential art in school curriculum. It highlights that use of graphic novels in school curriculum will help to prepare students to meet the literacy demands of their futures. It mentions that graphic novels will be beneficial for development of English vocabulary of the low-level reading students and will also help in development of school children’s reading habits.
